Simple reorder method

For each item, track starting quantity, weekly use, supplier lead time, and minimum stock. Reorder before the next busy week—not after the last valve stem is gone.

Example: if you typically use 20 valve stems a week and your supplier needs one week to deliver, a reorder point above 20 units gives you some buffer. Adjust for your actual workload and variability.

Use only supplies approved for the wheel, tire, TPMS system and equipment. Follow industry-standard tire inspection and repair procedures; never improvise on a damaged tire or wheel.
